Digital Artwork

Maps are digitally hand drawn using open source map data and reference maps.

For Digital map prints these are edited and exported ready for print.

CNC Cutting

The Digital Artwork is converted into a 2d cutting file ready to be CNC cut in lino.

Once cut, the lino is cleaned up ready for print.

Lino Printing

The lino is rolled with Caligo Safewash inks that are vegetable oil based meaning no nasty chemicals!

The inked lino is put through a printing press with a high-quality recycled paper.

For original print runs this is then packaged ready for shipping.

Lino Reproduction

The original lino print is scanned in, edited and text is added. We love the imperfections that come with hand-printing so we leave as much as possible in!

These are then printed to order and shipped worldwide!
