What is the difference between Giclee and Bamboo prints ?

Giclee Matte fine art prints use smooth, bright white, middleweight, all-purpose paper with a matte finish.

  • 240 gsm

  • Bright white

  • Smooth matte finish

  • Wide colour gamut

Giclee Lustre fine art prints are printed on a flat, stiff, middle-weight paper with a white base and an instant dry, micro-porous coating. 

  • 275 gsm.

  • Bright white.

  • Lustre finish (in-between a gloss and matte finish)

  • Wide colour gamut and high d-max.

Bamboo is a natural, sustainable and environmentally friendly white paper made from 90% bamboo fibres and 10% cotton, resulting in warm tones without optical brighteners.

The paper is acid and lignin-free, which meets the requirements of an age-resistant paper and is printed on pre-cut sheets using an inkjet, 12-colour Giclée print process, providing in-depth reproduction of colours and fine details.

  • 290 gsm, 90% bamboo fibres, 10% cotton

  • Natural white, without optical brighteners

  • Soft, lightly textured felt structure

  • Matt premium inkjet coating for outstanding print results

  • Acid and lignin-free

  • ISO 9706 conform / museum quality for highest age resistance

Do you offer framed prints ?

Yes we can offer 3 types of frames for all prints.

Wooden Frames

  • 20mm textured matt black, white or oak MDF frame

  • 25mm frame depth

  • 2mm perspex with an MDF backing board

  • Adjustable slip-over hanger

  • Strut back

  • Frames manufactured in Glouces­ter­shire, UK.

  • Frame comes complete with hanging fixings.

What is your refund & exchange policy ?

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase. Please state whether you would like a replacement or a refund and we will then email you with the address to send your return.
